If you're looking for a coated braid that'll cope with any situation you put it in, then look no further than Cobra. A more semi stiff braid compared to the softer qualities of Aspid. Which means you can rely on it resetting your pop up/wafter rigs with confidence.
Whilst we were getting to know Katrans coated braids, Cobra had a habit of catching the bigger/ more sought after fish.... Coincidence, maybe.. Confidence, definitely!
Whilst the colour is probably more suited to fishing over gravel, it is in fact a very neutral colour which you can comfortably fish over any colour lake bed.
